Most Goa buyers want the same thing: a place that pays for itself between visits. Owning and operating are usually two different companies, two contracts and two sets of excuses. Here they are one.
You buy a home, or land to build one
Avira Estates handles the purchase — a home that is ready now, one still under construction, or land we then help you build on — from choosing it through to the paperwork.
We furnish and list it
Avira Stays takes it to market as a serviced rental: photography, listings on the booking platforms, pricing, and a caretaker on the ground.
It runs without you
Housekeeping, guest handling and maintenance are ours. You keep 80% and carry the running costs, or 70% and we put the management staff on our payroll.
Already own in North Goa?
Avira Stays manages properties it did not sell. If you have a villa or apartment sitting empty between visits, we will come and look at it — marketing, bookings, housekeeping and staff, on an 80:20 or 70:30 revenue share.
